The law office Carla Monteiro - Lawyers / Law Office was born in October 2008 from the partnership forged in Cape Verde, with Alexandra Pereira, a lawyer with over 25 years of proven experience in the area of real estate law and assistance in the consolidation and development of tourism projects, her performance having had more expression in the Algarve, Portugal.
In this vein, partnerships with an international dimension have been developed, in the interest of providing to their clients the possibility to obtain legal advice resulting from the combination of jurisdictions that may be applicable and a team of lawyers and solicitors who fight for the success of seeking professionalism and appropriate technical solutions has been created.
The culmination of this process resulted in the creation of CMA - Carla Monteiro & Associados, Law Firm, RL, on 18th December 2015, with headquarters in Santa Maria, Sal Island, Cape Verde.
Since the start we have been building the CMA team, with a very strict hiring process, aiming only for the best and brightest people that could qualify.
